SubShare’s services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or security of third-party services, and you use our platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

SubShare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability will be limited to the amount you have paid for access to our services.

SubShare may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and you will be notified of significant updates. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
